Associate Level Achieved at BFGC
After Years of Dedication, Two Employees Promoted

Thursday, June 12, 2008- Susan Roberston, CID, LEED-AP, and Geoff Stoner, both long-time employees at the San Luis Obispo office of BFGC Architecture, have been appointed to Associates within the firm.

Robertson adds an extra dimension to the BFGC Associate team with interior design expertise combined with her passion for sustainable architecture. Her career emphasis is environmentally responsible interiors that meet the functional and aesthetic expectations of her clients.

Stoner’s appointment to the Associate level brings training and expertise from the Construction Management arena. He has been providing Construction Administration and Project Management services for numerous school districts and civic entities on BFGC projects throughout the Central Coast (from Santa Maria to Salinas).

“Even though BFGC has been incorporating sustainable concepts into their work for 30 plus years,” Robertson states, “It is rewarding to be recognized by the firm for my work to promote, educate, and design sustainable projects for our clients.” Stoner adds that, “BFGC has always emphasized the importance of the construction phase and it is continually rewarding to be on that end of our projects. I am happy to be an Associate member of an architecture firm that truly believes in construction oversight.”
