This project is comprised of four distinct building program elements for construction into a comprehensive Business Administrative Complex: the Classroom/Office Building, the Administrative Office Building, the Extended University Center and Leadership Development Center. The total building area consists of approximately 57,000 S.F. The buildings were positioned to create a central courtyard integrating landscaped areas as well as sky-lighted space frame structure for outdoor events and informal gatherings. The design incorporates not only educational and faculty spaces from classroom, lecture and training rooms as well as offices and conference spaces for faculty and support services. This facility provides for use by not only students and faculty but by local business leaders for training of their employees. The entire learning environments are equipped with the latest computing and communication technologies, capable of national and international video conferencing, and multimedia presentations.
