Huron Middle School

New Middle School consisting of approximately 42,866 square feet of building area including permanent classroom buildings and portions of modular classroom buildings (Classroom Building 200 and 300) incorporating their foundation and utility infrastructure, and final connections thereto, building components and appurtenances to modular buildings, Administration and Library Building, Multipurpose Building, exterior covered canopies, comprehensive site improvements on-site and off-site including, without limitation, areas between and surrounding buildings, street right-of-way improvements, drainage retention basin, parking and drives, pedestrian walkways, play courts and play fields.
