Tulare Fire Station No. 3

Construction of a 4,300 S.F. single story wood frame neighborhood based Fire Station, developed as a prototype facility to be "re-used" for future satellite stations, incorporating Fire Chief and 8-man (cold-sheet) living quarters, two (2) drive through apparatus bays, and associated site improvements. The building is a wood framed structure with a plaster finish exterior and a standing seam metal roof system. The project was developed as a prototype facility to be "re-used" for future projects. Services included coordination of road re-alignment.
